Sometimes there are moments in my life, especially now as a parent, that I want to crystallize and preserve. I think about Pam and Jim from the Office, talking about taking mental pictures on their wedding day. In my head, these memories are snowglobe memories.
Today’s snowglobe memory was my husband giving me a piggy back ride that made my toddler laugh so hard she fell over, and we hoisted her up with us and we all were laughing so hard I was afraid we would collapse.
At these moments I truly feel the truth-if all we ever have is each other, that will be enough.
